Improve your teeth alignment without braces

If you’ve already had braces as a teenager or were always told you didn’t need them, yet your teeth seem to be crowded and misaligned, the Invisalign orthodontic aligner system may be suitable for you. With this treatment, you need to wear sets of clear plastic trays for two weeks at a time, most of the time, throughout the day and night. Your teeth move to fit into the trays without any tightness. When this happens, a new set of tight-fitting trays is made, which then move your teeth a little more, and so on until your teeth are straight.
